Books Drive to enrich libraries of locally under-served schools

Reading is a great way to build knowledge and empower all. The more one reads, the better their awareness of issues get. This would enable people to develop and fight the inequality stereotypes they face.

We started a book drive in our community to collect books to share with some of the local schools. So far, we have collected over a 500 books and are working with some schools to see how to get them in the hands of their students.

The overwhelming response we got for our book drive helped see that people want to help other children and youth. They want to see them read more and build more knowledge. While we may have differences in views in any society, the book drive initiative taught us that when it comes to education, all are united and want to help in any way to see more  children educated.
